RDK Truck Sales and Service was founded by Richard and Debby Kemner on June 17th, 1997. Richard has been working in the heavy-duty truck and reconditioned garbage truck industry since he was 17 years old. Debby's business and organizational skills help keep the Tampa office running smoothly.

Art Lasanta is a family man that was raised in Tampa, Florida. Before joining RDK, Art worked in heavy duty truck parts. After joining the RDK team, Art worked as a truck shop mechanic before he became truck sales manager. His hard work and business education make him a valuable asset to RDK. Art's commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure RDK's continued growth and excellent reputation.

Karry grew up on a small town in Indiana. After moving to Florida in 1976 He became involved in heavy duty truck parts and worked his way up to truck sales. After 10 years working for Peterbilt and other truck dealers, Karry found a home at RDK. He has worked for RDK since 1998 where he is instrumental in building a large customer base of rental trucks and roll-off container customers along with his normal truck customers. Karry lives to work and will make sure RDK’s commitment is to satisfaction and that RDK’s integrity is upheld.

Raised in Tampa, Florida, Gaspar has worked in truck sales where he has done everything from working in the shop repairing truck tires to rebuilding Mack engines since 1986. Gaspar has the most experience of all of the truck sales staff at RDK. With his knowledge of trucks and packer bodies, Gaspar helps his customers make the right choice. New or used, Gaspar takes pride in what he sells.

Mike Robertson is a family man who moved to Florida in 1974 from Ohio. Mike has been working in the refuse industry since 1994 and takes great pride in selling quality trucks. He has experience in overseeing the inspection and rebuilding refuse trucks. Because he sets high standards with equipment, it’s one of the qualities that make Mike such a great salesperson. Building a strong following of his customers is Mike’s greatest strength.
